DATE: Art Deco, c.1930

Enchanting antique earrings dating from the Art Deco period, circa 1930. They each comprise an articulated torpedo drop with curved diagonal diamond-set stripes, separated by open sections and bordered in fine millegrain. The effect is really quite striking, enhanced by their domed/convex profile. They have (later added) diamond stud tops with fine construction making them comfortable to wear even for extended period.
