Though it is 'adjustable' we like to start off with it being around the size you would normally wear, so that it is as comfy as possible. Select your desired ring size from the drop down menu.

The front measures about 3/4" or 18-19mm and tapers in the back down to 1/4" or 6mm. It has a nice heft to it without being chunky or cumbersome.
