Charming antique dormeuse earrings dating from the early Art Deco period, circa 1920. They’re French, with lever backs and elegant scalloped prong settings home to four glistening white diamonds totalling .42cts (two old Euros and two rose, bottom and top respectively). They’re crafted in 18 karat white gold and platinum with French control marks, and quite unusually the principal stones are articulated allowing them to move and ‘tremble’ slightly when worn - a somewhat unorthodox form of en tremblant, if you will…
