The Sarah Coventry Cleopatra design was introduced in 1972. These bold and beautiful earrings feature a highly polished silver-tone diamond-shaped setting with rounded edges. Set in the center is a lustrous, glittering blue oval stone with a faceted edge and a flat top.  These clip-on earrings are signed SARAH COV© on the back. They measure approximately 1¼”  x  1½” and are in excellent vintage condition.*
